The Hatha practice I teach is never static but follows the flow of the breath in a pleasant way, without pushing or forcing.

YOGA NEL POSTPARTO e MAMA&BABY YOGA
Classes suitable for new mothers with specific attention to the physical, energetic and mental needs of mothers with babies from 0 months upwards.
Children are welcome in the Mama & Baby Yoga classes.

YIN YOGA
We physically work on the deep connective tissue, energetically on the meridians of Chinese medicine and through mindfulness on a mental level.
