The materials selected for the construction of the studio have high quality and ethical standards, with a preference for local materials where possible, or for materials with environmental and solidarity certifications for those that come from outside.

AERIAL YOGA

The room is equipped with hooks for Aerial Yoga .

Aerial Yoga is a complete kinesthetic practice that takes place suspended in the air.

With its suspended exercises , taking care of a totally unstable balance, it requires constant presence in the here and now.

This is the only yoga studio on the Ionian coast that was born from scratch as a yoga studio and was therefore designed to offer a comfortable, clean, bright, and suitable environment for the practice of this discipline.

Next to the SicilYoga studio is the Casale Praia B&B, which has 4 double rooms housed in an old farmhouse from the 1800s.

Each room has a private porch with an independent entrance. Bathroom and air conditioning in each room.

In our property, it is possible to park cars safely.
